Nature-caught - Animation Installation & Publication

Nature Caught Moving is a landscape made up from hundreds of animated iPhone drawings of 'nature' found in and around the city.

A few times a year the Dutch broadcast co-operation VPRO commission an illustration for their television guide, the VPRO gids.

In June 2012 interactive designer Pawel Pokutycki & myself started www.illustrationdaily.com - an online platform where professional illustrators share personal and editorial work that comments on the world today.
Since then we've grown into a small international platform with an international editorial board.

Animation Series: Lijna

In 2007 I was commissioned by Kunstgebouw Zuid-Holland to make animations based on my daily drawings. This series animations is still shown at schools all over the Dutch province of Zuid-Holland. Pupils learn about drawing, about the life of an artist through 'Lijna', a girl drawn in a red line. The animations/drawings were made by me. I also wrote the stories which were read by Wim de Bie. The sound was designed by DJ Dame.
